AOL end user jumping to login page

Hi,

 

I have a unusual situation. I have developed and installed an oscommerce catalog and cart (successfully). However, when my client tries to access the site, using AOL, when she clicks on a photo link to view the "product_info page", the first time it works, but thereafter, if she tries to select another picture to view, it jumps to the "login page". And, at this point, she cannot "continue", "open an account" or do "quickcheck".

 

I have tested the site using MSN explorer and have had no problems, it appears to be related to AOL only.

 

Has anybody experienced this and can anybody provide some assistance with the problem?

Check you have the IP address check in the admin tool to false.

 

The IP address for an aol user isnt static and can change after each click,
