Serial Posted May 23, 2004 Posted May 23, 2004 I would like to install an additional foreign language package to my osc. Unfortunately, this language uses its own characters unlike German and Espa?ol. So it is not working with the existing style sheet which setup for font face such as Arial, Verdana, Tahoma. It has to use the specific font face. I want the users to be able to choose their prefer language too. How do I setup the font face in style sheet so both English and my language will work fine? I tried to get help from other language contributions (i.e.: Chinese, Korea) but I do not understand their instruction/read_me files that are written in their languages. I have copied/added/installed files to the language directory now. Please guide me. Thank you. Everything is possible.
Serial Posted May 24, 2004 Author Posted May 24, 2004 I really want to know how to install a new foreign language as an additional language to osC. Or, How can I setup so the thema (style sheet) will automatically be changed to specific one when the user switch to different language? Please help. Thank you. Everything is possible.
henya Posted May 24, 2004 Posted May 24, 2004 I have another question to add - how can I change text or anything else in any of the files if the language comes up as funny symbols - on the admin and on my site the charcaters do show up correctly just in code not?
