possible to fix 2checkout incompatible new softwre

the problem is that as soon as a customer enters their cc info and buys a product, the customer is given a receipt from 2checkout that does not connect back up to oscommerce and let it know that the customer has actually bought the items in the shopping cart (as a result, the items remain in the cart as though they were not purchased). AND there is no link back to the vendor's site.

 

i sent 2checkout a ticket with the information that was provided in "screwed by 2checkout" thread by gizmo-xl that:

 

the problem is caused by the oscid not being returned which causes the problem of the user returning to a login page and the order not being logged to the database. when using the NEW 2CO.com servers.

 

the response i got was:

 

The script is not correctly configured on your server. If the system cannot reach

the script on your server or it is not functioning correctly, we will not pass them

back but will instead display a reciept page. When I try to connect to the script

on your site, it takes a very long time to load, which means that our system's attempt

to connect is likely timing out.

 

so my question is, why is it taking such a long time to load, and is there any way to fix it???
