Need Code Help

I have been trying to install the gift registry in my store and have a conflict in the application_top. I have two add_product cases and two other cases that do pretty much the same thing, but are named differently.

 

I need someone who know how to write code who can combine the two as I am not good at coding.

Thought I would add an additional post as I think this may be misunderstood. I am not looking for someone who does this commercially and charges a fee. I know that asking for such help is against the forums rules, and I hope that no one misunderstood my request.
