I am new with the system and need some help. Some one is showing me how to work on my site but I cant get a hold of them. Help. Please.
detsouvalas Posted May 22, 2004 Posted May 22, 2004 Hi! Well, it doesn't seem to be a problem of osCommerce, but of PHP and Apache virtual servers. I made a search and fund a bug report on PHP site about a similar issue: Bug #19292 random error: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory . The bug should have been adressed in recent release 4.3.5. I would say there is unfortunately nothing to do on your side, except asking your host if they could upgrade to the latest PHP version! Any other opinion? Antonios
