Add title="..." to $breadcrumb?

Hi Folks,

 

I would like to add the title=".." to the breadcrumb so that the title is equal to the text in the breadcrumb.

 

In html it would be <a href="www......" title="text">text</a>

 

I am no good with php and don't even know where to look.
