all products 1 checkout link

I have a site 2dollars99cents.com and the 55 products (2dollars99cents.com/buy.html) on the site have same checkout/buy link (2dollars99cents.com/pay.html).

 

So what i wish to do is when user pushes 'checkout' or 'buy' link in oscommerce it should be directly forwarded to the 2dollars99cents.com/pay.html
