editing My Account Information

Hi

 

I would like to know how I would go about changing the information that i require when a customer creates then account.

 

I would like to change the date from:

 

mm/dd/yyyy

 

to

 

dd/mm/yyyy

 

 

and also remove city and just leave suburb.
