What does this mean?

Hi, all

 

I was monitoring my whos online in admin, when i clicked on the zero under Id in one of the guest visitors line. And the new customer page popped up with the message below at the top of it. I went and looked at the object info and I dont understand what is warning me about. IF anyone know please let me know. thanks
