Tell A Friend -without- logging in first

I'm looking into having the "tell a friend" box available to even potential clients who don't have to log in to use it.

Anybody know how to dissable the login before you can send a "tell a friend" email?

looking for something a little more streamlined than that - I could code that too, but i'd like to just trigger the pre-installed one...
