Wierd Zones Problem

Hi all,

My store is live and I am having a serious problem. I tried adding zones as a method of shipping in admin but I only got half the way adding zones and now I can't change or edit he zones section. It's like its stuck, the edit button does not come up or anything. I tried emptying the dbase and seeing if that would help. It doesnt does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

 

It's very Important that I sort this out...
