Need help again:)...removing tax rates

Hi there again....

 

Okay..I have done a search up and down this forum on how to completely remove the tax rate but I can't seem to find the answer I am looking for..

 

For some strange reason, it's doing a 16% tax on and I have gone through the administration through currencies, local rates, local zones, etc and nothing is there to remove it as far as I can see...

 

Any help to find this would be greatly appreciated..Thanks..

Never mind:)....

 

Just realized one needs to add a tax class that will remove all taxes since I deleted these fields in the past and didn't realize it wanted at least one...
