lost modules

My selected payment module is no longer present on the order page so the customer is no longer able to pay for a purchase.

 

I am unable to reinstall the modules through the admin, the neccessary directories and files are where the should be as are the sql tables.

 

The module previously worked but as since stopped following changing the admin from insecure http to secure https.

 

Is this the problem? obviously i would like to keep admin secure. Possibly solutions?

how did you secure it? via .htaccess ? My admin is obviously secure and never seen this problem. your problem might be elsewhere unless you somehow jacked up your .htaccess file...... but the payment modules used in the admin console are located in the catalog tree.....
