ArkMan Posted May 20, 2004 Posted May 20, 2004 I have a Celeron 433 Mhz,320 Ram desktop and can not get desktop 2.0 to install.I have it on another computer and it works great. What happens is when it is installing it does the boot ok and then just a little later the monitor shuts down ,the cd runs for a little while more and shuts off. I have to reboot the computer. I had Win xp and wanted a dual boot setup. I made a partition for 2.0 on another drive. I then formated C to remove XP and started the install again. Same thing. No matter what I try it just will not install. Any ideas anyone? I am about to pull my hair out. Thanks !
