Help How do i go further

Hello

 

Im new to this , i have step for step installed , and have no problems .

 

now i dont understand how to go further.

 

i can use the /catalog/admin/index.php

 

i can use the /catalog/index.php

 

but when i go to TOP i have a blank page

 

my web is www.techwizad.de

 

do i have to make an index. ?

 

or copy from the cat to /

 

any further help would be very helpfull.

You will need to make sure you either have a home page set up under your root folder as index.htm (or .php), or make a redirect sending guests from "index.htm" to catalog/index.php.

il have to reinstall again as i have noticed

 

i have a index.php there already but it is the one from phpMyAdmin-2.5.6 in the root folder.

 

i have to do this because for some strange reason phpMyAdmin-2.5.6 ist working properly . il reinstall and and do what you said .

If you are installing OSC into your root folder, it should locate index.php automatically. Just install it directly to your root instead os anytype of sub (/catalog).

well treid what you said and it over wrote the index.php sp my databank was open to the world .

 

now because im using ftp_ws i cant seem to delete my folders on the server .

 

il just have to do it all again .

 

ive managed to take the index down for now.

 

total chaos.

 

when i manage to get my server blank again .
