Integration into BananaPOS

Hello all, currently my company runs Counterpoint by Synchronics. After atempting to integrate oscommerce into my DB, I realized there has to be a better POS solution out there. I came across BananaPOS, which looks promising. I am wondering if anyone has a real time connector to its order entry and inventory tracking systems.

 

Or maybe some one can lead me to a POS solution that works well with oscommerce. I am looking for something open-source, but not necessiarly free. Thanks

But the other question is what accounting system would you use with it.
