Tuan Le Posted May 20, 2004 Posted May 20, 2004 Hi guys, My webstore has been up and running on OSC 2.2 MS2 for about 4 months now. It has been processing well over several hundred orders. However, every now an then , I would get a complaint from a customer that he/she is having problem completing the order. It seems like I get one complaint for every 20 orders or so. The customers told me that they are having problem completing the checkout process. They added the items to the shopping carts. After they entered the credit-card info (I am using the authorize.net contribution) and click continue, they would get a "page not found" or the browser eventually timed out. Has anyone seen this before? All of the complaints above are only when they are paying directly with a credit card (via authorize.net). The Paypal payment works great. For those timed-out transactions, we checked the authorize.net transaction logs but do not see anything in there. It looks like as if the transaction never made it through to Authorize.net :unsure: :unsure: :unsure: Any help you guys can give me on the problem below would be greatly appreciated. -Tuan
