error message on forgotten password

This is the error message I get:

Error: I can not write to this file. Please set the right user permissions on: ..../loveofleos.com/catalog/includes/languages/english/password_forgotten.php

 

should all the permisssions be checked on this?

 

it sends a password to your e-mail but won't let you login with it

properties on the file are 644, they do not write to that file.
