I tried to change some of the text on the main page in the languages/english/index.php file and now everything is completely screwed up. All of my headers are messed up along with other parts of the oscommerce page. I was wondering whether someone could email me with a copy of the original index.php page so that I could start over as I, regretably, didn't copy the page before I went to work on it. Im not that savvy with the php codes so i thought if I could just start fresh I could get it working; but i can't seem to find an original script anywhere! Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks so much!

Hey Patrick. I think the easiest way to handle this is just download a copy of OSC. Then you can ftp that page in to replace the one messed up. Also gives you a stock copy of everything in case this happens again.

Believe me, I'm no php wiz either. Best thing is to do one thing and see how it goes. In this case, concentrate on the body of the page changing just the define(TEXT_MAIN, area. Once that is to your liking, then worry about heading titles and so forth on that page. You can use some standard html tags in there, <br><br> for a blank line, <b></b> to make a word bold, and so forth.

Thanks a lot! I feel like a dummy for not thinking of that! It was a great idea and solved my problem! :D
