Urgent errors in tax

Got my site working fine for everything but noticed that Manitoba has increased their tax rate - at least oscommerce seem to think so. Instead of the taxes being 7% + 7% = 14% they now equal 14.49% Where is the .49% coming from???? :ph34r:

Example:

Item $100

7% GST $ 7

Sub total $107

7% PST $ 7.49

Total $114.49

 

The PST is over the GST (or vice versa)

Thanks! I found the error both the GST and The Pst have to have the same priority.
