Live support won't go offline!!

Hi

 

My website uses the online support feature, but recently it is saying that I am online...when I am not!

 

If I try going online, it says that "Live Support is currently open. Currently only 1 window can be open".

 

Does anyone know how I can sort this out? I don't want my customers thinking there is someone there when there isn't.
