UPS Choice adds 3#s on each prod

Just added UPS Choice.

 

problem:

 

It states

 

United Parcel Service (1 x 10lbs)

 

The product is only 7lbs

 

For some odd reason all products are showing weight+3lbs

 

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Set administration->configuration->shipping/packaging->package tare weight

 

It defaults to 3 lbs (packaging materials etc.) and is added to your product weight.
