Hello,

How do I create a table or whatever to install the oscommerce into? I didnt like the way it installed manually as it was messy,

I put "oscommerce" in the table name field...but what goes in Fields :??

All you need to create is a database. The tables and fields are built automatically by running the OSC installation or by importing the oscommerce.sql file into phpmyadmin.

I'd rather be flying!

I have a database, but I wanted to create a table called oscommerce within that and have it all stored in that so I know what is what...if you get what I mean....or is that not possible?

No, that's not possible.

You would need to either create a new database just for OSCommerce or store the OSCommerce tables in your current database. But you cannot store the OSCommerce tables inside of a 'table' named OSCommerce.

MYSQL allows for multiple databases and that is the best way to do it.

I'd rather be flying!
