optimization question How much can you do

I have been optimizing my site and it has gone well uptil the last one i made my title tags verry dynamic so every page almost has a different title i thought this would help? my question is google comes to my site all the time so every time i made a change it saw the change the last change i made must of made google not like me any more cause my rank fell of the board is it possible to have done this in a bad manner where google thinks every time it comes back it sees somthing different like title tags? they are static tags but google saw different ones each weak because i was making them better ? help !

You can get punished for over-optimizing. It is best to stick with one thing for a couple months. If you keep changing day in and day out Google will punish you. That is one of the hardest things about SEO is that it is a slow and tedious process. What works one day doesn't work the next.
