Products over X days old report

I was hoping that someone know of a contribution that would allow a report to be run that would identify products that have not been modified in "x" amount of days. The products being sold in my store can change overnight as the publishers decide. What I want to be able to do is run a report daily that will tell me when a product has not been modified in 20 days so that I can look up the prices on that product and change it if necessary. Then another 20 days later it will come back up in the rotation so I can check it again. Please let me know if there is anything out there already like this, if not I will have to program one. Thanks in advance for your help.
