jtmoney77 Posted May 17, 2004 Posted May 17, 2004 I am just learning this shopping cart. I am currently using FP as my editor. When I go to step 3 (go to this address: http://domain/catalog/install) and read instructions on screen. It is reading "not authorized to view". What am I doing wrong? My host can handle this cart...do you think their needs to be a permission setting changed by the host? Thanks for your help
AlanR Posted May 17, 2004 Posted May 17, 2004 You'll have a lot of trouble using Front Page with this. Mostly from the Front Page end. It wants you to work through the FP interface and that will break if you upload directly. jtmoney77 Posted May 17, 2004 Author Posted May 17, 2004 How do u recommend I fix problem? Do I have to all the individual packages installed like OpenSSL....etc. for this first step to work? The url above still reads "does not have authorization..." Also, does every user have to install every package for cart to work?
