Adding Tables

Please excuse my complete lack of knowledge but how would i add a table to the index of my site, http://www.ozwinds.com.au

 

I would like it to be located above the new products table so that i can write news etc. in that space, also how do i edit the stylesheet so that the catogory boxes etc on the laeft and right side are sep[erate and allow me to change the text font without changing the entire site.

 

any help appreciated, i have searched but have not been able to find anything to specifically help me.

I'm looking to add a table above the new products for the month as well.
