Category "click" displays Index

Hey all:

 

I need some urgent help! My store is not working correctly:

 

www.driwashsolutions.com/catalog

 

When one of the category/product links is clicked, it doesn't show the category, rather, it redisplays the index page. Anyone have any ideas on why this is happening?

Instead of showing

http://www.driwashsolutions.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=21

It is showing

http://www.driwashsolutions.com/catalog/index.php/cPath/21

for the links.

In admin under configuration-my store do you have

Use search-engine safe urls for all site links set to true?

That's one possible answer.

Thanks - that was it.

 

So - what's the deal with this Safe URL anyway? Does it work and does it not??

 

I was told I needed to set it to false in order for another contribution (LinkPoint) to work correctly.
