Guest Posted May 16, 2004 Posted May 16, 2004 Are you running a MySQL server? You need to set that up first. When that's working, you use the login credentials you setup through that. www.mysql.com

SGershon Posted May 16, 2004 Posted May 16, 2004 why can't anyone make a "SIMPLE, EASY-TO-INSTALL SHOPPING CART' that actually WORKS!!! As far as I'm informed, osCommerce fit these criteria. :) The problems start after you've finished installing and you need to fit the system to your needs! :) Just joking. OSC is great, and you will find yourself liking it too as soon as you solve your preliminar problems. If at first you don't succeed, you must be a programmer. Tip Posted: Languageless Reviews
kiwiNL Posted May 16, 2004 Author Posted May 16, 2004 Did you change the default name of the Admin directory and/or are you sure you uploaded it? Jesus Christ - Son of God - Saviour
SGershon Posted June 1, 2004 Posted June 1, 2004 And dont forget thar the admin directory has its own includes/configure.php file! If at first you don't succeed, you must be a programmer. Tip Posted: Languageless Reviews
