Tweaking invoice.php

Hi there,

 

Does somebody knows how to place a header and footer on everey single page of the invoice OsCommerce prints.

 

So if a certain order is printed on more than one page, every page of the invoice should contain the same header and footer on it.

 

Any ideas??
