Make Search check only categories?

Hello friends, I am running a site where it would be a godsend to let my customer search the categories only and nothing else simply because the way I have it set up is that the model numbers are the categories and Ineed to let the customers search the model numbers.

 

You follow so far?

 

So I have checked the entire database of add ons and haven't been able to find anything that will do this for me.

 

If you have any suggestions or a few snippets of code I can add I would be so appreciative my head would explode.
