Help! Can't add new product.

AH! Please help.

 

Everytime I try to add a new product, I get this 1062 - duplicate entry erro:

 

1062 - Duplicate entry '51-23' for key 1

 

insert into products_to_categories (products_id, categories_id) values ('51', '23')

 

[TEP STOP]

 

there is no same entry at all.

Can someone please let me know how to fix this?
