Dedicated SSL cert was working, now isn't?

This page contains both secure and non secure items

My site was working perfectly an hour ago. I've not altered anything, but a designer might've amended something. I've compared includes/configure.php with a backup and they're identical, so where else can SSL be broken?

Ok, I've found the cause: it's a flash file that's been added to header.php

Does the .swf need pathing from another folder (it's in includes/ with header.php) or is it the external links that go with with the codebase so flash player is downloaded?
