I am working on an estore for a client. Here is the required setup:


Automatic per item shipping for continental US


Breaks to error message if not in continental USA saying contact sales@_________.com to order.


Anyone have a suggestion on how to do this? I worked it out so that using PayPal billing, it would only bill to US address, and I edited the language settings to display a custom error (paypal was only payment option, if paypal was not available (i.e. non USA), would show my error). However, someone could have a non-usa shipping, address and a USA billing address. If I only enable USA shipping, then the user just sees no shipping price and can move on. We can't have people pay with paypal and need to pay again later (transaction fee)


Another issue is how to make a continental USA zone without manually selecting 48 states.


Can anyone help?
