Products+ to an image

Hi :>

I'm looking to change the Products+ and Products- column header (and Price column header too) to contain an image, but I'm not sure how to do this.

In the end, it would look like:

Products (uparrow.gif) or Products (downarrow.gif)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

TIA

Look at the function 'tep_create_sort_heading' in catalog/includes/functions/general.php.

Look for

$sort_suffix = (substr($sortby, 0, 1) == $colnum ? (substr($sortby, 1, 1) == 'a' ? '+' : '-') : '') . '</a>';

and replace it with

$sort_suffix = (substr($sortby, 0, 1) == $colnum ? (substr($sortby, 1, 1) == 'a' ? '<img src="uparrow.gif" border="0">' : '<img src="uparrow.gif" border="0">') : '') . '</a>';

I'd rather be flying!

I've tried it and it seemed to only affect the Price suffix and not the product name suffix.

By the way, where can I change the "product name" heading to say for example "Click to Sort by Product Name"

Appreciate your feedback!

What he said works perfectly m8. This is the exact piece of code I used:

      $sort_suffix = (substr($sortby, 0, 1) == $colnum ? (substr($sortby, 1, 1) == 'a' ? '<img src="images/arrow_down.gif" border="0">' : '<img src="images/arrow_up.gif" border="0">') : '') . '</a>';
