Only show shipping that meets certain contions

Hi

 

I have multiple shipping methods installed - Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery etc that have different weight and value limits.

 

Is there a way of only showing a shipping method that meets specified conditions.

 

For example:

 

IF Order Value is LESS than ?25 AND LESS than 2Kg - show 'Recorded Delivery' module - ELSE don't show it.
