Completely Bypass Login

Is it possible to completely bypass the login screens.

 

I have installed "Purchase without a Password", but the user still has to select a "Checkout" button in the "Proceed Directly to Checkout" Box.

 

I would like to be able to either:

 

1) Automatically select the "Checkout" button in the "Proceed Directly to Checkout" Box in the "Purchase without a Password" fix.

2) Some other way to bypass the login.

 

So basically after the user has added items to the shopping cart and select "checkout" in the "What's in my cart" screen he/she is taken directly to the screen where he/she will input their information billing information, etc.....
