cloudswinger Posted April 28, 2004 Posted April 28, 2004 I'm considering OScommerce for a project, and the client expects something like 65,000 products( and bigger). Does anyone know if this size will be a problem? I've looked up mysql's limitation and it lookes like it should be ok size wise, but was wondering about the OSC application itself, whether there were some limits on the php side. Maybe performance?
Chris Dunning Posted April 28, 2004 Posted April 28, 2004 Performance could definitely be an issue. Depending on what kind of machine you're hosting on, you may need to trim osC back a little bit.
