Order Emails Not going Out

Hi !

 

I could not understand what exactly is the problem. But I am not getting emails using Admin > Configuration > MyStore > Send Extra Order Emails to >

 

Moreover even the clients are not getting their order confirmation email from the store.. Though I have setup "Send Emails > True"

 

Any idea about this ??

What server are you using (*nix/windows)?

 

What version are you using?

 

Did you get any mail from osc?

 

Did you get any error messages?

 

Did you check your error logs?
