SQL Tab Delimited datafeed file.

Hello,

I have 525 products I want to dump into sql. I have PHP myAdmin.

I have a tab delimited file. Datafeed.txt

Product Code,Title,Description,Retail Price,Sale Price,Product Options,Category Path,Image

Does anyone know what direction to steer me in?
