Guest Posted April 28, 2004 Posted April 28, 2004 If your customer wants to change his billing address to something other than the delivery address the order will not go through because of the scrubbing 2checkout does. Submitting your order through your oscommerce store will only send the delivery address to the 2checkout secure order form. If this is true on your store like it is on mine you are loosing orders. I'm not very happy about the whole situation. As far as losing the orders in the admin goes there is another setting that allows you to specify where you'd like the user to be returned to. https://www2.2checkout.com/2co/admin/look_and_feel

The problem is the shipping and the billing addressess are sent to 2checkout order form backwards. Anyone using this contribution is loosing sales. contact me for more info or reply to this thread.
