Hide products depending on language

I have certain products that due to legal rules in different countries cannot be imported (nutritional supplements that are classified as medicine in some countries). Today, all products are being displayed, but I have a #N/A text on the "forbidden" products. That creates a lot of questions, and some people try to bypass and buy anyway by changing language.

 

What I would like was a flag per product specifying whether or not this product should be allowed for a certain language.

 

Could anyone please scetch in broad lines how and where changes has to be done to accomplish this?
