How do I change the Category Links?

How do I point the category links to my current website??

Ive looked through just about all of my files trying to figure out how to do this as well. I can see the code is called up in index.php in the browser, but I cannot find the file that actually contains said code so I can make some changes. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

okay, what I did is delete the links and just added my own HTML to that section. I did it in Catalog/includes/Column_Left

 

I just completely added my own HTML in that section and deleted all that was there. works great!
