Sandi Posted April 27, 2004 Posted April 27, 2004 Hi everybody! Since I installed osCommerce two days ago everything is OK except for a error when I try to manage the files, the cache and the languajes in the tools section of the administration panel. The text of the error references a path that isn't mine, so I supposed that was a literally wrote text in a file, and using a text search I've found it in two files: Admin/includes/configure.php and includes/configure.php. I changed each value for the right one for my site, and uploaded both of them. But it's still appearing the same error. It's the following: Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /home/sites/site169/web/admin/file_manager.php on line 178 Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/sites/site169/web/admin/file_manager.php on line 179 That's the one of the file section. The others section's messages are simmilar. There aren't more files with the text "site169" in the whole site, but it continues appearing. It sounds like a cache problem, but I don't really know. Anyone with a good idea? Thank you all
Guest Posted April 27, 2004 Posted April 27, 2004 the file locations in the admin area are default, they need to be set according to your system. if you go through the documentation on the installation procedure, it will explain this in full detail
