Sub-categories - can we have an all option?

Hi,

 

I have been busy making some categories and sub categories, and have run into an issue. When the visitor clicks on the main category heading the page loads to give them a display of all the subcategories (and the latest additions for the month is underneath). Is there anyway that when they click on a main category, a list of ALL products in that category (i.e. within all of its subcategories) could be listed below the subcategory headers in the main page? It seems that this would make sense rather than making people search through all of the subcategories, unless they want to of course. It would also be handy to have an "All" option in the subcategories for them to click.

 

Help would be much appreciated :)
