Quantity less than 1 in shopping cart?

Hello,

 

I've been trying to solve this for two days now, and came up with nothing.

 

Long story short: What needs to be modified and how to get shopping cart to understand product quantities less than one? For example, customers may want to order 2.5 pieces of product 1 and 0.8 pieces of product 2.

 

2.5 is working OK after slight modifications, but if a quantity of a product in shopping cart is set to eg. 0.8, the whole product gets deleted.

 

Hope there's a solution.
