austin Posted April 27, 2004 Author Posted April 27, 2004 this is doing my head in, I can't solve it, can anyone even tell me which files take part in currencies update apart from includes/currencies.php, includes/functions/localization.php & includes/languages/english/currencies.php I'm on MS2 - I changed the spelling of localization replacing the z with an s in includes/languages/english.php as detailed but I can't see this having any bearing // localizaion box text in includes/boxes/localization.php define('BOX_HEADING_LOCALIZATION', 'Localisation'); Has this happened to anyone else - it was working fine last time I updated (couple of days ago) Please can someone reply - even if its just to state this happened 2 u ta Austin
steadfastnz Posted February 23, 2005 Posted February 23, 2005 It looks like a permission setting on the server. It appears a lot of hosts are tunning this off for security, the currency update needs it on. Try this solution - it worked for me Currency Fix
bonzabuy Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 I just did a simple thing.... I went to Admin & currencies... I pressed the default one & clicked edit - then selected make this default & pressed save / update. Now the update works! Jesus came to save our souls from sin & the default button in Os came to save our sanity....THE SECOND TIME!!
