Guest Posted April 26, 2004 Posted April 26, 2004 I'm having trouble locating any information on the following: How to change the username to something other than the customer's email address. The problem occurs when the customer changes their email address in their account. The login is still reverting to the original email address/username they signed up with. Is this a known issue? (2.2 ms2)
bluepony Posted April 26, 2004 Posted April 26, 2004 Internally they are assigned a customer ID, so the email address is not used as their primary ID. All they would have to do is log in using their old email address, go into their account and change the email address to the new one. If they have any problems, you can change their email address through Admin as well. I'd rather be flying!
