lost the store

hi everyone, my clietn decided to do some work on his site, well, he came to a folder that he thouhgt was empty and deleted it, except it was not empty, but hte main directory.

 

He has lost everything in the store, i had not yet created a backup folder.

We tried to do a server roll back with the DB backup but it did not repopulate the cart.

 

Is there a way to fix this? He had more than 500 products.

did the main directory hold mysql and the database if not then the info would still be in the database.

 

Was it the cart that was in the main directory and that this was what was deleted
