I have checked through the archives and a number of posts have been made about this problem, but none seem to describe how to solve it.

 

When an email arrives to a new signup the content says

 

EMAIL_GREET_NONEEMAIL_WELCOMEEMAIL_TEXTEMAIL_CONTACTEMAIL_WARNING

 

Can anyone explain why this happens and how to solve it.

I also notice that orders arrive OK, but have the following special characters insterted

 

Sub-Total: £9.99

Delivery Method: (Royal Mail Special Delivery): £5.00

Total: £14.99

 

Anyone any thoughts on these perculiar problems
